Cruise information

Steps to having Group Cruise from a travel agent I have used before.

1.       After we decide on the group date and sailing, I will hold some group space for your family.

2.       We could then give the family different options on cabins and prices, maybe inside, ocean-view and balcony cabins, so each family can decide what works best for them.  And maybe some of them have kids, so they need to have cabins for adults and kids?

3.       With most groups each family would pay their deposit and payments directly to me, so you are only responsible for your own payments – much like when you book a cruise just for yourself.

4.       Also depending on the ship and sail date, we usually have additional perks for the group – maybe an onboard credit – or a certain number of ‘free guests’ depending on the size of the group.  Any “free guest” can then be split among the group for additional credits if you wish.

5.       There is not a minimum number of guests that must sign up – we can work with a group any size.

6.       Also, I would coordinate the dining  for you all to dine together.  Sometimes you can decide you is at the same table, or many cruise lines also offer “round robin” options which sometimes works great for groups – you have a certain number of tables, but you can switch between those tables and dine with different guests in your group.

The hardest part is usually to find a cruise, and date that works for everyone.  After that, if you book with me, I make it very easy for you – I handle all the coordination of everything, and each family books with me directly for their cabins, so it is about as easy as booking a cruise just for you.  It is important that all guests book with me, because if someone books somewhere else they do not get the same perks, and can not be counted towards the total number to earn “free guests”.

Cruisin

Hello!

to report in on the cruise topic.  We'd love to.  Any time other than fall (Sept-Nov) could work for us?  Cost would be a factor depending.  For destination, we're flexible.  I'd like to be able to drive to the departure  port on the east coast.  I still like the BGL weekend in PA.    great pics.  Sorry Lola missed that part.

Take care
